Senior QA engineer/QA lead


The position is for a quality assurance engineer who will join a growing and dynamic team developing Autodesk Sketchbook Designer. Autodesk Sketchbook Designer enables professional designers and artists to use a hybrid paint and vector workflow for concept design illustration and graphic communication. Within the intuitive, creative SketchBook environment, even new users can be productive within minutes.

This candidate will work closely team members in China and North America to ensure the high quality of Autodesk Sketchbook Designer.  The successful candidate must be a strong team player, self-motivator, and has strong interest in testing Autodesk Products. He/she will lead a team with 5~7 team members.

Responsibilities:
Estimates, plans, schedules and coordinated software testing tasks for themselves and the team member.
Participate in feature team meeting throughout the product development life cycle.
Log defects in system for tracking and reporting.
Contact performance testing, installation/license testing as project needed.
Write automated regression test suite to improve test efficiency of the whole team.
Write scripts/tools when needed to facilitate the team testing.
Work with customer when needed to help to improve customer experience on the product.
Help and work with the QA manager to do resource allocation.



Requirements:

Excellent program solving skills: You have a “never give up” attitude.
Be passionate in testing and never compromise in quality.
Excellent communication skill in English.
Good team work and leadership skill.
Experience in Autodesk products will be a plus.
Experience in Industry design will be a plus.
Experience in UI automation tools will be a plus.
3+ work experience with a master degree or 5+ work experience with a bachelor degree.
