POSITION TITLE:                        Senior Testing Engineer
PERSON NAME:                           
POSITION REPORTS TO:         CRM IT Project Director
FUNCTIONAL REPORTS TO:
DIRECT REPORTS:        Project Manager


1.        MAIN MISSIONS：
Test Engineer’s mission is to provide high quality software testing service to internal customers

Test Engineer’s main tasks including:
•        Plan, design, code and execute functional, load and other tests
•        Completes assigned test-related tasks
•        Participate in feature development and drive quality into development process
•        Test, troubleshoot and critique software components and interfaces in technical depth
•        Assists in the automation of relevant test procedures
•        Assists in review of test processes as they are developed
•        Provide efficient reports on team progress and own assignments
•        Work with developers for immediate testing (pair-wise, buddy test etc.)
•        Understand customer requirements
•        Design and develop solutions for test management, execution and reporting as well as frameworks.
•        Manages the defect

2.        JOB PROFILE

  Experiences & Background

1.        Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant experience
2.        At least 2+ years software development experience with SQL server, Java or .Net
3.        At least 2+ years experience in software test.
4.        Familiarity with testing methodologies and the defect reporting process
5.        Experience with automated testing tools


  Competency Requirements
1.        Familiar with Linux or Unix system and proven development skills in Java or .Net and SQL server
2.        Strong desire to learn, develop and excel, humble, responsible ,great potential to grow with the organization;
3.        Must have good interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English & Chinese
4.        Must be able to show initiative in learning/understanding.
5.        Must be self-motivator, team oriented and able to multi-task
