Responsibilities
- Responsible of in Quality & Process organization in 500+ employee fast growing R&D organization; implementation of company's global initiatives and proactive support for R&D operations based on local needs.
- Fully in charge of QA in chengdu site.
- Part of global Q&P and Capability Development organizations.

Main requirements
- Good grip on the telecom R&D industry.
- Experience of running or supporting large multi-site and multi-cultural projects.
- Good knowledge of agile methods, especially Scrum, and Open Source Software are essential in this position.
- Knowledge of quality and maturity models, such as ISO 9001, CMMI and EFQM is needed.

Other requirements.
- "Proactivity" and "continuous improvement" are not just terms in CV but part of the personality.
- Analytical mind and are able to see the "big picture".
- Capable of working in sometimes complex matrix organization.
- As the R&D Service Line is a very global organization, good spoken and written English is a must.
