mount VOB 的时候说“The MVFS file system is not installed or not loaded”

在服务器上mount VOB时，出现了如下错误：但是客户端多是正常的，很奇怪、、、、

cleartool: Error: The MVFS file system is not installed or not loaded,
or the 'viewroot' is not mounted or is inaccessible: not a ClearCase object.

启动view时也出错：

[root@cndccserver ~]# ct lsview
  cn1sx190_client      /home/cn1sx190/view_store/cn1sx190_client.vws
  cn1rz030_client      /home/cn1rz030/cn1rz030_client.vws
  view_server          /export/viewstore/view_server.vws
[root@cndccserver ~]# ct setview view_server

[root@cndccserver ~]# /usr/atria/etc/atria_start start
