Mercury Tours does not work in my Chinese window XP

I installed Mercury tours in my Chinese window XP and find there is a java.exe problem when I either "sign-in" or "register".  I was forced to close it and got this

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, mercurytours@merc-int.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

还是用Mercury的Sample Site吧

Let me give you suggestion:

You may change the regional settings: Default Region to English and then start Aparach Server, it's ok!
