最好是有过开发经验的，熟悉Agile，及python脚本语言，有JAVA经验，熟悉黑盒灰盒等测试，这样的offer概率比较大

Best practice by now is: find the candidate used to be a developer, but now is doing testing or has willingness to do the development testing job. Or in some company be develop and testing in the same period.

Clear understanding of testing methodologies such as Black Box Testing, White Box Testing
Ability to perform requirements analysis
Ability to write test protocols based on requirements
Ability to write manual and automated test code in an Object-Oriented language (Python, C++, Java)
Ability to write code, unit tests, integration tests in an Object-Oriented language in an IDE (WinIDE, Eclipse, Visual Studio)
Good understanding of database concepts; working knowledge of SQL
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server or DB2
