Educational Qualification:  BS or MS in Telecommunications or Computer Science or Computer Engineering

Mandatory skills:
1.        Hands-on experience in testing Telecom applications, NW protocols and at driver level   including
e.        IP Telephony /VOIP (H323, H320, SIP, SCCP),TCP/IP
f.        Video streaming/recording for wired and wireless apps, RTP, RTSP, RTCP,SIP
g.        Network security and intrusion or attack detection work, IP Security, Security protocols
2.        Good Exposure to open source Linux stacks, C & C++
3.        Good Exposure in scripting languages (perl, shell scripts, tcl/tk, python etc) for writing test scripts, automated testing
4.        Good Exposure in embedded Linux
5.        Experience in Power PC & ARM, Network processors, compilers, debuggers and emulators
6.        Project experience in creating test plans, test cases, automated testing, test scripts, build release and management for Telecom application, NW protocols and driver level testing
7.        Experience in working on IXIA or Smartbits
8.        Experience in using Protocol analyzers, Network test equipment, QoS analysis & testing
9.        Experience in Multi core processors application testing
Optional skills:
a.        Novell/ Cisco certification on Networking
