-Mandatory: MS or BS degree, major in CS, EE or equivalent
-Mandatory: Experience in J2EE/XML/SQL/Eclipse, good at Javascript/AJAX development
-Mandatory: Excellent team player, excellent communication skills
-Has 3 years' experience in software testing
-Familiar with software engineering testing methods and process
-Experience in UI and art design is a plus
-Multi-platform (Windows, pSeries/AIX, Linux) knowledge is a plus
-Familiar with automation testing tools is a plus
-Good command of English is required, fluent oral English


该测试职位，3年以上工作经验，会先电话面试候选人。该候选人最好带过人，作过Leader的。这个职位的人进去后要带几个人一起做测试的，所以要求还是有点高。
