Familiar with Linux/Cisco networking device;
Possess good troubleshooting skill;Quick learner;
Good team player with self-confidence, credibility, passion;
Good communication skill both in Chinese and English
Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years experience in IT field

测试工程师
At least 2 Years IT experience focused on WebSphere J2EE application testing/administration;
Experience of FVT/SVT/IVT/MIG testing.
Experience in at least one of the following tools:
Rational Performance Tester(RPT) / RFT / SilkPerformer / LoadRunner / Selenium.
Good English, pass CET-4 at least;
Good communication skills
Good Performance problem determination (PD) skills
