职位描述： 1) Develop detailed automated tests from test plans, engineering discussions and functional specifications.
2) Create, maintain and extend the test infrastructure
3) Test large configurations that are similar to customer deployments
4) Troubleshoot test case and test harness infrastructure failures
5) Effectively communicate and collaborate with the QA team in designing, implementing and maintaining the test cases and automated scripts
6) Analyze test run results and report bugs
7) Actively participating in the software verification planning and test case design

职位要求： 1) Education: Bachelors (technical) or equivalent experience? 5+ years as a QA professional in testing and automation development
2) Have experience leading QA projects through full software development life cycles
3) Have experience with storage and file systems
4) Ability to translate software system architectures into an integrated approach to software testing including integration, functional , system test, performance , load, stress, scalability, etc.
5) Experience as developer/programmer in a software engineering environment is desirable.
6) Experience in Linux/Unix administration, knowledge about TET, web services, Ruby, indexing, MS Windows file system, security or Linux kernel is desirable
7) Knowledge of agile development methodology, continuous integration/build. QA experience in agile development environment is a plus
8) Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
9) Work well with peers, project personnel and stakeholders within and outside the organization
10) Willingness to take on challenges and learn new technologies
11) Experience with customer interaction would be a plus
12) Solid verbal and written English communication skills
