QC9.0安装问题

请教:我安装Mercury Quality Center9.0,最后一步出现发生了错误，: "发生了错误，产品安装失败。 请查看记录文件 C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\Mercury\Mercury_Quality_Center.03.12.14.31.install.is.log 以获得详细信息"

我按照http://hi.baidu.com/ggap/blog/item/963f5310ebeb40fbc2ce79d1.html上的步骤安装的,在"启动JBoss Server"步前一步出现这个问题，不知道是什么原因？

去服务里看看有JBOSS吗。不行手动启看看

找到问题的原因了：sql sever2000装的有问题。 重新安装就好了。：）
