Senior QA Engineer
Job Description：

u       Test planning and test feasibility study, in parallel with the progress in product development plan and design stage

u       Test environment design and build up, based on the product goals in customer's requirement

u       Design product test strategy and methodology in performance, stress, volume and etc.

u       Automate the testing and improve the test efficiency

u       Test case design, execution, and bug submission, reporting, and issue follow-up for bug resolution

u       Design and analyze test quality with measurable metrics to ensure and improve the quality of the test process and deliverables

u       Provide product quality report, quality analysis for product release and further improvement plan

u       Deliver quality training and documentation for product supporting and sustaining

Requirements：

u       Capable in writing, reading email, tech document. Good spoken English to participate meetings is preferred.

u       Experience in test improvement as test automation or system administration in internet/intranet or security is preferred

u       Familiar with software testing; QA; windows/Unix platform

QA Engineer
Requirements：

u       At least 2 years QA experience and had worked for no less than 3 projects as QA engineer. Understand general QA process, have experience on design/execute test cases.

u       Have experience for testing on Windows operation system.

u       Have general knowledge on network. Know about TCP/IP or high level protocol like HTTP, SMTP/POP3.

u       Have test planning experience is preferred.

u       Experience on Windows Vista is better.

u       Have programming skills is a plus. Experience on C/C++ or master some script language like perl, pathon, TCL or VBScript is better.

u       Fluent English for both of written & spoken.

Localization QA

Responsibility:

The QA Engineer will be responsible for testing or lead the testing for localized version of internet security products (Japanese version and other languages' version). He/she will work closely with the global localization team, engineering team and localization vendor in understanding product features, write test plans, test cases, interact with vendor. While setting up test environment, executing the test cases, identify and report bugs, verify fixed bugs and prepare test reports. For the interaction with vendor, it includes prepare training material for testing, training, and answer testing queries, and accountable for the localized product quality delivered by vendor.

Requirements:

· Strong interest in testing project running, and having the analysis ability to identify causes for issues and failures through the project and testing.

· Good written and verbal Japanese communication skills.

· Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work well with different stakeholder teams.

· Knowledge of administering and trouble shooting computer systems and test networks.

· Well written and verbal English communication skills.

· Major in Computer science or related.

· Two or more years of work experience

· Self-motivate style.
