Responsibilities:

Test team setup/Test preparation(including define test scope, test strategy, and test plan)/Ensure testexecution on time, on scope, and on quality/Deliver test report (includingregular test report and final test report)/Participate Go/No-Go meeting toapprove or reject

Competencies:  

1.6+ years testing projectmanagement experience, such as testing project planning, executing, tracking,etc

2.Deep understanding of testingtechniques like automation, performance testing, vulnerability testing, etc

3.Advanced domain knowledge ofPLM systems

4.Rich experience working in aglobal organization with different nationalities/cultures, background andskills

4.Support SEI for test execution

5+ years testing related workingexperience in IT industry

Competencies:  

1.Familiar with software testingrelated methodology, process and test frameworks

2.Familiar with testing toolssuch as HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) , JIRA, Quick Test Pro (QTP),selenium etc

3.Be able to design businessscenarios, test cases according to business requirements

4.Be able to execute test caseand analyze test report and communicate with partner teams

5.Specialized in testingtechniques like test automation, performance testing, or vulnerability testing,etc

6.Familiar with PLM (Enovia)domain knowledge is a plus
