For our SUSE Linux Enterprise product line, we are looking for an experiencedQA developer to work on Linux High Availability stack (e.g. corosync,pacemaker). You will need define test strategy, taking care of test automationas well as new test case development. You will need work on openQA tofacilitate Continuous Integration process. You are encouraged to dive into HAproduct to fix bugs and implement features.

Must-have Requirements:

- Two to three years Linux(Unix) experience as developers, administrators, orsupport staff.
- Fluency in various scripting language (Python, Ruby, Perl, Shell, Autotools).
- Familiarity with QA process, both in a waterfall and in an Agile project.
- Fluency in reading and writing English.

Optional requirements:

- Experience on High Availability, storage, distributed systems, and/or HPCclustering a big plus.
- Experience of C coding is a big plus.
- Version control systems and code review, eg. git, github is a plus.

6.SUSE Linux QA Engineer for Software Maintenance

To support ourQuality Assurance team we are looking for a QA Engineer for SoftwareMaintenance. In this role you are responsible for testing software updates on anumber of different hardware architectures and products. You will work with thedevelopers on designing, executing and reviewing test cases and testenvironments and support automation where possible. You will be exposed tolatest technologies in systems management, virtualization and storage concepts.

Responsibilities:

·            testing softwarepatches/updates on supported hardware architectures and products

·            maintenance ofreference test systems

·            design, developand maintain both automated and manual tests

·            relateddocumentation tasks

Candidate Profile:

·            More than twoyears of work experience in the area of linux quality assurance/testing

·            good knowledge ofthe Linux operating system (experience in Linux system administration andsystem programming is desirable)

·            programming skillsin common scripting languages (preferrably Ruby, Python or Bash)

·            good knowledge ofEnglish, both spoken and written

·            involvement in Open Source projects is a plus

·            self-dependent but customer-driven workingstyle

·            precision and accuracy

·            team player
