Description:
We are looking for a talented, senior QA engineer that is responsible for test planning and executing system testing for relatively large and complex projects.  This position will collaborate with operations, development and business area users for project releases to determine schedule and effort while mitigating the risk of system changes through proper Software Validation analysis.  The ideal candidate will possess the know how to create process around quality assurance best practices.
Responsibilities:
•        Analyze and dissect system requirements and technical specifications to create and execute test cases for large business initiatives.
•        Collaborate with developers, other test team members and business Subject Matter Experts to design test scenarios, test cases based on requirements and technical designs.
•        Conduct quality assurance activities and collaborate with teams on project document creation and analysis.
•        Participate in production implementation verification and being accountable for validating system quality.
•        Plan, document, evaluate and track testing results to ensure system applications are free from defects.
•        Address situations impacting data, workflow, and functionality of IT software
•        Comply with standards and strategies of the software development life cycle and follow strategies, plans and procedures within Information Technology software.
•        Manage testing efforts at across multiple systems and manage own daily test activities.
•        Write test cases and execute testing within a distributed environment.  
•        Facilitate and guide users across multiple testing phases, including System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
•        Create, maintain, and execute test cases.
•        Lead testing initiatives on projects with responsibility of identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
•        Define complex data sets in order to drive and track test cases resulting in measurable and repeatable test results.
•        Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of quality assurance best practices.
•        Collaborate with onshore and offshore analysts.

Minimum Requirements:
•        5+ years experience in SQA
•        Excellent language skills, in English and Chinese, for written and spoken communications
•        Work in bilingual environment and with US managers
“Plus” Qualifications and Qualities desired:
•        Experience working with SaaS products
•        Experience with Amazon or similar cloud systems
