TD打开时有wexectrl.exe加载错误

TD服务器重启过后在打开TD时页面提示：
Following client components were not downloaded successfully:
1.wexectrl.exe:
can't download file wexectrl.exe from server
close all connections to TD Server and try again
请问谁知道这是怎么回事吗？谢谢！
