职位要求：教育程度：IT相关专业本科及以上学历
工作经验：IT相关行业工作经验2年以上包含：两年以上测试经验 两年以上单元测试经验 两年以上在NET,XML,SQL Server的开发经验 两年以上Flash测试经验
主要职能：
SDET2 would do more automation test, bug trouble shooting, work with dev how to code betterl
Code kernel automation test/tools l
Help to resolve hard coded problems and help dev to avoid potential bugsl
Code review, suggests dev where is the reason, how to fix that and even if how to code betterl
Analyze bugs and investigate them and then give optional ways or suggestions to fix it go devl
Proactively work with dev to avoid potential bugs l Deliver great quality project independently
专业技能或资格：
Strong coding skills in C#/Javascript/XML/SQLl
Not only learn new knowledge very others and then could use it into the projectl Much knowledge on different automation test frameworks l Independently technique investigation capabilityl
At least two years’ flash testing experience, know code review in flash application
其它要求（语言等）：
英语能力四级以上，听说读写流利。工作热情具有责任感有团队合作精神善于沟通具有一定测试感悟
职位说明：
该职位是我们外包人员到上海微软MSN办公室工作，帮微软做项目
希望该职位的resource 将会有40%的时间从事开发测试工具的工作，剩余60%从事相关测试工作（Code Review , 白盒测试）

有相关的工作经验和一定的测试资深的自动化测试工程师 (必须曾经参与一些WEB系统或者模块的开发工作)
