QC连接qtp失败

报错日志如下：之前有时候是报RPC服务不可用，有时候是这个错，连接不到qc服务器。qc连接自身服务器上的qtp可以，能正常使用。现在连接的是其他xp测试机，是主机，不是虚拟机环境。
两台电脑是加入同一个域，而且可以相互访问，可以相互远程。相关服务remote agent都已开启。求助各位看看问题可能还有什么我没设置到的？

服务器上好像是要安装一个可以与QTP链接的插件，不知道是不是这个原因
