现在需要的职位为赴微软MSN WEB方面
需要的职位有研发，测试及开发测试三大类
三类职位的共同要求：
1, 熟悉B/S架构下的网站、网页开发/测试
2, 熟悉微软的相关技术与平台比如.Net, SQL/SQL Server, C#, ASP.net等
3, 熟悉Web方面的知识与技术,如：HTML,CSS,XSLT,XML,AJAX,Javascript,XPath, OOD
Web Architecture, Web Security等
4, 有一定的工作或项目经验,思维活跃，有面向对象开发的思维
5, 良好的英语读写听说能力，一定的口语表达能力，
6, 基本功扎实，很强的学习能力，沟通能力，有潜力。
DEVs:
Knowledgeable in architecture, web standards, performance and security
Has experience in designing and implementing scalable and extensible web solutions
Proficient in the following languages or technologies but not limited to:
o NET Framework 1.1/2.0
o ASP.NET 2.0
o Web Services/SOAP
o DHTML (HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
o XML/XSLT
o Advanced PL/SQL
o SQL Server 2005 or above
o Flash ActionScript 2.0
Proficient in OOD and Web Design concepts
Has a good command of oral and written English (CET-4 or above)
Knowledge in AJAX is a plus
TEST:
Have basic knowledge of HTML,XML,ASP,Javascript and CSS
Familiar with web application experience or deployment
Familiar with automation test frame work and could do automation testing job
Has good test sense and with good test theory and knowledge
另外也需要DEV Lead 及PM等高级职位
另外也需要ERP方面研发，测试的人才，具体要求是：
Requirements:
• Solid foundation in C and/or C++
• Familiarity with standard run-time libraries for C and/or C++
• Familiarity with relational databases
