职位描述及要求

Job Description:
1, Develop test plans.
2, Set-up testing environment.
3, Perform test cases and maintain associated test records.
4, Utilize automated test scripts to perform duties
5, Record issues into a defect-tracking system.
6, Follow-up and close issues entered into the defect-tracking system.
7, Escalate issues to a higher level where issue resolution is not achieved within a reasonable amount of time.
8, Provide information to technical documentation (i.e. Product Release Notes/Readme files).
9, Review product documentation (manuals/Getting Started Guides) for technical accuracy.
10, Work with development team to understand assigned modules/new product features for the purpose of developing test cases.
11, Familiarize themselves with new technology, Operating System, etc in order to maintain an awareness of technological advances.
Qualifications and Experience:
1, Strong software testing skill and experience
2, Understand the software testing methodologies and willing to carry out thorough and precise testing procedures
3, Equipped with following skills and experiences would be a strong advantage:
*Ability and desire to be hands-on with technologies and testing procedures.
*Strong experience with designing thorough test plans.
*Experience with issue/bug resolution processes and tracking tools.
*Knowledge of Unix/Linux
4, CET 4 and have excellent communication skill in both written and verbal English.
5, Highly detail-oriented and patient
6, Good team working / interpersonal skills

是不是非要英语4级证书啊?
熟练LINUX,UNIX及各种WINDOWS操作系统!1年半测试工作经验,有良好的交际能力和认真的工作态度.能自己独立完成测试用例和测试分析报告.但:如果英语良好,由于特殊情况4级一直没有来得及考试,但正在准备明年考试的人可不可以投简历啊!
