3 Click “More Mercury Quality Center Add-ins”.
4 At the top of the screen, you can see the link “QuickTest Professional Add-in”, just click it.
5 Click “Download Add-in for QuickTest Professional 9.0”, you can download the TDPlugInsSetup.exe.
6 Set up TDPlugInsSetup.exe.
7 Restart your computer. Just use this method to set up TDPlugInsSetup.exe
You needn't get it from others thank youvery much .I'm a TDnovice,I don't konw TD very much .but when I login the TD,the first page is vacancy,can

maybe that is because of your QC configrations,
And can you tell me what's your computer, server or client?
In all, if you want to use QC, the configrations is very troubled.
if it is a server, you need set up JBoss 4.0,IIS 5.0/IIS 6.0/Apach2 .0.x on Windows Server 2003 Standard/Enterprise Edition(with JVM 1.4.2)
if it is only a client, you only need know the URL of the QC server. Anyway, if you feel it is not clear i said,
you can look for something about QC configrations,
