software quality engineer （测试工程师）                     

responsibilities:

participate in review of both software and test case designs, requirement specifications, and technical documents
create test plans, test specifications, and related test documentation
write automated test scripts using available test automation tools (qa partner, robot, silk, perl, and in-house tools)
document test results
identify and track product defects
participate in cross-product compatibility and performance testing
communicate quality issues with all parties involved
contribute to overall quality and quality practices
coordinate tasks with other team members

minimum requirements:

bs/ be/ b.tech / m.tech in computer engineering/ computer science/electronics or telecommunications engineering with at least 5 years in software testing experience.
strong knowledge and working experience with unix, windows nt/2000/xp.
string knowledge with database.

招聘的条件只是选人的标准之一，招聘的人数是为了更多的人去面试，以便有更多的选择余地，如果你真的对测试很有技术，又何必在意那5年的条件，没有野心的人又怎能取得好的工作职位呢
