Responsibility:
1. Write test case based on product requirement documentation.
2. Prepare test data.
3. Plan and execute tests to assure software release quality
4. Drive testing efficiency; improve test skill-set and introduce auto-test tools to software development team.
5. Review & inspect deliverables of software development to drive software design quality improvement.
6. Provide timely and clear status reports.
7. Own parts of applications and drive related competence build up.
Requirement:
1. Clear concept of white-box/black-box/system/performance testing; better with experiences in test case generation and using testing tools.
2. Can understand java code, sql script, and be able to write code and debug
3. Understand J2EE, Sql Server, Java, Weblogic, JBoss, network, and web service.
4. Willing to learn and like to play computer.
5. Have concept of software testing procedures.
6. Good work ethics and work in a structured way
7. A BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
8. All candidates must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

    加不加班这个要看项目进度了和你的工作效率了，我们是美资公司，不像日资必须加班，干完自己的活就行了~
