Responsibilities:
· Manage the integrity of data input/output and take corrective measures to address any inconsistencies
· Large volume data conversion, data cleansing, and upholding scheduled data delivery standards
· Deliver daily\weekly reports to clients efficiently and ensure the accuracy and quality ofreport
· Manage service requests and ensure escalating to the right resources at the right time with the right information, collaborate cross-team resources to resolve production issues.
· Deploy RSI products, maintain , monitor and optimize system health, performance, and operational manageability
· Establish and follow best practices for RSI products monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance
· Contribute to documentation initiatives as needed
· Contribute to group knowledge and best practices
· Identify process improvements and automate operation works
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in computer science orequivalent discipline
· Passion to the production support
· 2+ years of related experience – productionsupport or technicalsupport
· Proficient inT-SQL (Transactions, Stored Procedures) , Shell
· Experience inJ2EE ,.Net web applicationor BI product supporting and maintenance.
· Familiar to SSAS,SSIS,CUBE, MDX, BI products
· Knowledge of configuring, troubleshooting, and maintainingSQL Server 2008 and web applications
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 2007 (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
· Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in mandarin and English

这公司真没素质，去面试过，让等复试，一直没有通知了。如果没有通过初试也没有给别人email通知或者电话通知，还敢说是美资企，就冲这点做事的态度就知道公司怎么样了，去面试的时候发现全是中国人，挂羊头卖狗肉，在百脑汇16层，没有前台，去了直接找HR，做一套全英文的IQ测试题和SQL测试还有C++/Java自选。也有2个所谓的负责人出来面试，先英语问技术问题，然后换中文 顶起来~~ 顶起来啦 ~~ 顶起来啦 ~~ ddddd
