QC中测试邮件协议不成功

进入网站管理员，在服务器里设置邮件协议,选择SMTP服务器,点测试后无法给指定的收件人发送邮件,提示"Failed to send mail.Please make sure the server'smtp.sina.com.cn' of type smtp is configured correctly."
我设SMTP服务器为自己公司局域网内的也不行，不知道哪里有问题，哪位知道怎么回事么？谢谢。
