OTAPool Service does not exist.

I can not start my TD 7.6 and the Checker report "OTAPool service does not exist".What should I do? How to install this service?

以前可以用吗？ 还是安装完成后使用就出现这个错误。

可能是你安装的有问题，你以前有没有安装过相同版本或低版本的TD。

到windows的管理工具里启动该服务

到windows的管理工具->服务，启动该服务，应该可以了 ，顺便看看不是自动启动，改成自动启动。

我也碰到了这个问题，刚安装完软件时还一切正常，转过天来就出现你所说的情况。请问，你最终是如何解决该问题的？又是什么原因造成的呢？谢谢

我重新安装了TD8.0，运行一切正常，但在 TD checker 运行后，发现报：“OTAPool ServiceFailed ,Cannot get properties - service does not exist 。”
   请大家能解释帮我解释一下“OTAPool Service ”是什么？这个错误对TD影响有多大？

1，我重安装TD8.0，运行正常，TD checker运行，报OTAPool ServiceFailed ,Cannot get properties - service does not exist ，不知什么原因。
2，于是，我从另外一台运行正常的TD服务器的注册表中拷贝了OTAPool服务的注册信息导入本机，该服务启动了，但提示设备句柄不一致。
3，卸载TD8.0再次重新安装，发现该服务存在，而另外两个服务SendAll Qualified Service LogonService Service不存在了。郁闷中。。。。
4，再次卸载，重新安装，正常了，TD checker通过，于是安装SP2，再运行TD checker ，SendAll Qualified Service 又不存在了，郁闷中。。。。

难道是卸载不干净？
卸载步骤如下：1，运行TD的卸载程序；2，删除TD_DIR,TDBIN,C:\Program Files\Common Files\Mercury Interactive,这3个目录，3，删除windows目录下的Mercury.ini文件，4，运行regedit，查找TD_DIR,删除之，查找Testdirector相关项，删除之，5，重启计算机。
