Customization Verification Technical Test Lead
1 Role
This is the general role for Customization verification test technical lead.
1.1 Authority
This person is the key person of customization verification TCT. She/he has authority to commutate with other related department and internal to achieve his/her work assignment.
1.2 Responsibility
Responsible for all platforms all product general customization verification technical related high level work.
To work with Customization Verification coordinator and other team members to secure the test strategy technical parts, drive the each project to secure the test scope, technical risk management, test methodology, training.
To drive Customization Verification quality analysis, lessons learnt, and process improvement.
To work with thePre- test team to secure the qualified customization test case delivery
To work with Tools team to enhance automation and efficiency
To coordinate secure the execution support technology.
To drive the improvement in the projects
1.3 Deliverables
To deliver the technical risk management, test strategy, test scope, test methodology.
To deliver the training to secure the test quality. To build up team technical skills.
To deliver the lessons learnt, process improvement.
To deliver the improvements for customization verification in the projects

3 Competency
Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Mobile Communication or Network Communication etc. Customization experience is preferred
Strong technical knowledge on mobile industry, Network Communication etc. Customization experience is preferred
Experience on XML language
5-10 years working experience on above areas.
Be sense of innovation, creation and have ability to drive the improvements
High level of energy and enthusiasm, Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skill
Fluent oral and written English
Familiar software development/test lifecycle.
Familiar software testing method and process;
Software customization configuration experience
Simcard configuration and test experience will be a plus
Test automation development experience will be a plus
