QA 本地化测试职位
Job Description
1. Be responsible for lead the testing or testing for localized version of internet security products (like Simplified Chinese version, German version, etc) to deliver quality software on time.
2. Work closely with stokehold teams (like development engineering team, region technical support team and localization vendor, etc) in understanding product features, getting regional requirements, and execution for result.
3. The tasks include designing test plans, test cases, project testing management and execution, preparing test report, leading and interacting with localization vendor (like prepare training material, deliver training,and answer testing queries, etc).
4. Follow and improve product localization testing workflow and process for efficiency by creative thinking.
Requirements
Must
1. Two or more years of testing or related experience. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related subject.
2. Strong interest in testing project planning and running. Knowledge of administering and trouble shooting computer systems and test networks.
3. Be excellent on planning, resource and priority management skills, to fulfill task on schedule and quality.
4. Good English written and verbal communication skills, as well as Chinese.
5. Good communication skill and logistic thinking
6. Self-motivation style.
Prefer: 1. Participated in some outsouring projects before, have some testing vendor management skill.

有这种可能，有的公司，对于需要一个怎样的测试工程师没有具体的概念

也有可能不是给一个地儿招的
