1. QA skills required
      1) Have the good sense on the quality of software.
      2) Have the skill to debug and fix the error in the application.
      3) Be familiar with the QA process and testing methodology.
      4) Be familiar with script language, such as Perl.

2. Development skills required:
      1) C++ coding foundation. Understood the C++ code compiling process and understood C++ languages well.
      2) It is good to have C# coding capability on .NET platform.
      3) Know and use the MFC, STL, ATL, or CRT in the application development.

      4) Understood the Object oriented programming and the development process.

3. Team work, self driven, and mentorship capability are also very important.
