Test Lead -Dalian (2009-2926)Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility will be leading the team on the testing of Aspect products, including but not necessarily limited to Unified Command and Control - Administration, Unified Command and Control - Real Time Reporting, and Advanced List Management. This testing will specifically entail localization validation, but also product features and comprehensive system test. Review of product life cycle materials such as requirement documents and design documents in order to prepare test plans will be required. 9. Responsible for performance reviews and merit increases
10. Responsible for providing budget input and tracking spending
11. Maintain staffing in the organization as appropriate (weekly staff meetings, interviews, hiring, etc.)
12. Provide weekly status update to QA Senior Management.
13. Monitor sustaining activities, looking for test case improvement opportunities.
14. Balance multi-lingual resources across programs as needed for efficiency.
