IT Systems Administrator (Contractor)
职位描述：
You will help in the management of a global IT infrastructure, to ensure system uptime and daily delivery of systems to defined SLAs. This infrastructure will include Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000 Server, Active Directory, Network Appliance Filers & Bluecoats, F5 load balancers and related technologies.
· Manage and support a large (>15000 users) multi-site environment consisting of heterogeneous workstations both local and remote.
· Ongoing administration of Windows systems, including monitoring, proactive maintenance, and problem resolution.
· Follow policies and procedures for infrastructure administration and problem resolution
· Follow best practices for enterprise monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance
· Provide 7x24 global operational support and maintenance for the technical environment and associated sub-systems.
Job Requirements
· 3+ years experience with administration of Windows systems (at least the last 1+ years of direct-system support). In that time, demonstrable experience in the full spectrum of standard administrative tasks such as server administration and troubleshooting.
· 3+ years experience with at least any 3 of the following:
· Active Directory
· Exchange mail systems
· Multi-terabyte file systems (preferably Network Appliance Filers)
· Virtual Machine VMWare management
· HP/Compaq servers (preferably DL-365 and DL-385s with iLO)
· IBM servers
· F5 load balancers
· VPN (IPsec and/or SSL)
· Windows Terminal Servers
· Veritas Backup systems (including tape technology and database ("live") backups)
· Microsoft SMS/SCCM especially Server Patching
· 2+ year experience with systems monitoring/management tools (e.g. SCOM 2007, MOM)
· 2+ years experience working in a global environment (dealt with issues such as time-zone, system latency, etc)
· Scripting experience (e.g. WMI based WSH) highly regarded.
· Be ready to work in rotating day and night shifts for 40 hour week (1 of 4 shifts, in a 24x7 environment).
· Demonstrate excellent written and verbal Mandarin skills.
· Demonstrate effective written English skills.
