Some key points for your reference:
ØSolid Java / J2EE background
ØExp. in database using, such as data query and performance tuning
ØEnterprise level Web-based application software project experience
ØXML knowledge
ØAt least 7 years exp. for principal position and 4 years for Sr. position
1: Principal Engineer, Quality Assurance （7+年工作经验必须）
Mandatory skills and experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Hands-on experience on testing web based business applications.
Must be able to define test strategies and create test plans
Must have hands-on manual testing skills in functional, regressions and upgrade testing areas.
Must have hands-on experience in writing test cases.
Must be able to confidently review functional and design documents and provide feedback stakeholders.
Excellent troubleshooting skills
2:Senior Engineer, Quality Assurance（4+年工作经验必须）
Skills and experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Rick experiences in J2EE web based business application testing.
Ability to design and build test cases/procedures, follow and report exactly as described in test cases/procedures.
Ability to determine sufficiency of test cases/procedures to ensure high product quality.
Excellent trouble shooting skills.
Expert understanding of scripting languages. Prior automation programming experience like Java/.Net/Perl/Shell scripts is a big plus.
Familiar with performance testing – LoadRunner, is desirable.
Experience with database testing, is able to write SQL is a big plus
