招聘职位：ＭＧＣ c++ 开发职位描述：
MGC design consultant
University Bachelor or Master Degree in any of the following: Computer Science, Telecommunication or Information Technology with 3/4 years of experience in related field. At least 2/3 years of C++ and Object Oriented Design (OOD) experience. Protocol knowledge in 3G-324M, SIP, H.323, RTSP, MEGACO, ISUP, MTPL3, M3UA, SCTP, SNMP and RADIUS. Solaris / Linux Platform and Rich experience in software architecture, design and performance tuning. Strong debugging skills. Can work independently and in teams. Innovative, Open minded and willing to take any challenge. Good English communication skills. Knowledge of database (e.g. mysql, NDB), DNS and DHCP is an advantage.
工作年限：做ＭＧＣ开发2.5年以上．
要求：需要懂isup,sip,h.248, h.323，ss7, 对协议的理解，必须清楚到协议的字段，要走读过协议代码。英语读写熟练 能开口。

2. 有IMS或者软交换的项目背景；
3. 有2年以上的功能测试基础 能够主动的去考虑测试过程；
4. 熟悉Linux或者任何一种Unix；
5. 英语读写熟练 能开口。
