不能自动发送邮件，是因为公司的邮件服务器需要身份验证，怎么解决这个问题？

自动发邮件有几点需要注意：
自动发送邮件功能需要开启，Send Mail Automatically checkbox selected
QC Mail设置 SMTP服务器要正确。Admin – Site Configuration – Setting – Set Mail Protocol
Tool – Customs – Automail Configuration (发送的条件要设置清楚)
Tool – Customs –Alert Rules这里也要设置好
基本上以上几点都确认过了，就应该没有问题了。
再看一下。

Failed to send mail. Please make sure that the server '218.249.75.163' of type smtp is configured correctly;

可以确认是身份认证的问题。就不知道邮件服务器那边能不能做什么修改，来满足QC自动发送邮件不需要身份验证的问题。
