Title: Bugzilla Screener
Job Purpose:
Bugzilla Screener is responsible for reviewing bug reports entered by external
and internal users to our bugtracking system. This includes reviewing if all
required logs are attached, if the bug is entered for right
product/component, if the steps how to reproduce the issue are clear, etc.
Bugzilla Screener also closes duplicate bugs and does a basic prioritization
of the bug reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reviewing bug reports in bug tracking system
* Asking users (via bug tracking system) for additional information
* Assigning bug reports to the responsible developers
* Related documentation tasks
Candidate Profile:
* Good written English skills
* Experience with Linux or other Unix-like system is an advantage
Organisational:
