一定要英文流利,老外直接面试.
java,c#编码能力强.

QA Engineer Location: Beijing, China Responsibilities:At this position, you will be a part of QA team to take ownership of CMA/RSS testing responsibilities; you will work side by side with design team to review product specification and develop product testing plan. You will gain access to Polycom technologies and contribute to video conference networking products. Tasks include:1. Design document review and test plan development2. Test cases writing and executing, root-cause analysis.3. Bugs tracking and reporting.4. Automation testing tool development. Qualifications:1. Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science/telecommunication or equivalent2. 3+ years QA experience in networking industry3. Familiar with software testing process, good at test case writing and result reporting.4. Familiar with bug tracking systems and understand bug life cycle5. Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem solving skills6. Good communication skills7. Good written and oral English skills Technical Skills:1. SW testing experience of data networking products, VOIP, NGN and/or IMS.2. Video conference development/testing experience is a big plus.3. Knowledge of testing techniques and approaches of web applications.4. Working experience of Unix/Linux.5. Test Automation Tool development experience is a plus.薪水：15-20W

编码能力强还是狠重要的，基本上测试中高级职位要求编码能力还是比较多的。

不是这么回事. 测试开发比开发薪水高的多的是. 不同的领域.

没有开发薪水就肯定高于测试这种事.
