[*]Japan Landed Model is launched to enhance the competitiveness of IBM Global Delivery China (GDC). Newly joiner will complete registration in GDC. Then they will take Leave Of Absence(LOA) in GDC and join IBM Japan Services Company Ltd. (ISCJ) as Fixed Term Hires. They will work in ISCJ for 1 or 2 years. After the employment in Japan, they will return China as a local employee of GDC.
