1、在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务。
2、负责项目测试工作的执行，引导及跟踪项目测试进度。
3、建立测试策略。
4、选择测试工具、设计和维护测试系统。
5、对测试方案可能出现的问题能够进行分析和评估。
6、完成产品的测试运行及其在缺陷管理工具上汇报和分析缺陷。
7、预估各阶段测试规模。
5、负责项目测试策略和计划的制定，设计测试场景和测试用例。
6、参与需求评审，技术评审等，优化需求，设计文档可测性。提前发现缺陷，减少后期维护成本。
7、精通主流的测试方法与理论。
8、具备良好的英语读写能力。
9、必须具备团队工作经验与团体精神。
10、把握主流测试技术发展趋势。
