* Experience with call control feature set testing* Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows clients and servers (Mandatory skill)
* Solid knowledge of UDP/TCP/IP, CCIE preferred.
* Experience in test scripting with TCL/Expect, Perl, Java.
* Familiar with test equipment/tools, eg. Smartbits , Ixia ,ABACUS
* Knowledge of performance measurement techniques and benchmarking
* Experience with a set of the following protocols from a QA/certification point of view: DHCP, DNS, TFTP, SCCP, SIP, H.323, MGCP, RTP, sRTP, IPSec, VPNs, TLS/SSL, HTTPS,LDAP, NAT.
* Understandingof PKI security infrastructure.
* Broad knowledge of IP network protocols and network design including Cisco router and switch configuration.
* Working Experiences with US based multi-national companies is a strong plus
* 3-10years of software engineering experiences preferably in internetworking and VoIP technologies, applications and devices.* BS in CS/EE or equivalent, with Master's Degree or above preferred.
*Project Management skill and technical leadership preferred
* Good communication skill in English and Mandarin.
