--手工测试做过2年，目前在职职位是自动化测试工程师
--lr只能说会用 职位描述：
1、负责软件产品的功能测试、集成测试、压力测试
2、制订测试计划，编写测试用例，进行测试设计和编写测试程序
3、提交保证软件质量的相关测试报告
职位要求：
1、3年以上软件测试工作经验
2、有较强的性能测试经验，能够快速的诊断出系统的性能瓶颈
3、熟练使用各种测试工具，优先LR
4、熟悉Java或C++的编程；熟悉Oracle或SQLServer；熟悉Linux和Windows平台；熟悉比较常用的硬件设备
5、有较强的沟通能力，对工作有很强的责任心
6、对有软件架构经验者优先考虑

专科毕业的，有没有英语4级证书啊？我们这边有一个测试的职位的，但是需要有4级证书的请问楼上的gg什么要求啊

3年以上软件测试经验，功能/系统测试等，英语良好，有金融行业项目经验优先Key Responsibilities and Accountability:
To be responsible for the functional, non-functional, system and acceptance testing of software products according to project plans.
To participate in the design, development and maintenance of tests, automated and manual, to ensure extensive test coverage of all products.
To ensure faults found are documented and have an owner and are tracked through to completion.
Understand and utilize internal systems and company development processes.
Experience and Competencies Required:
At least 3-year software testing experience
Good understanding of business software testing and development lifecycle.
Experience in test analysis, functional, system testing
Good skills in English reading and writing
Experience in insurance industry is an advantage.
Good time management & ability to work/complete to schedule.
Able to work effectively in a team environment
Self-motivated to achieve set targets annabel2000
