TD Checker问题?

我运行了TD的checker之后:

最后三项出了问题:

SendAllQualified ServiceWarning
The service Send All Qualified App has not been started. TestDirector won't be able to e-mail defects automatically. To enable automatic e-mail notifications, please start Send All Qualified App service.

OTAPool ServiceWarning
The service OtaPool has not been started. The Manual Runner will not be able to work properly. Please start OtaPool service.

ExpressionService ServiceWarning
The service ExpressionService has not been started. Collaboration with other users will be unavailable. Collaboration includes chatting and desktop sharing. To enable collaboration between the users, please start ExpressionService service.

请问,我该如何解决?
