Department: Symantec GCR Localization Department
Type: Contractor or Fulltime Employee
Duties :
-        Executes existing test scripts for products or components that are localized into Chinese and other languages.
-        Enters good bug reports into the Symantec defect tracking
-        Do Technical review on online help and user documentation.
-        Prepares computers for testing, demonstrates proficiency in using and configuring popular PC systems that run Windows and/or Unix operating systems.
-        Understands, uses, and configures products assigned for testing.
-        Understands and uses pre-defined test scripts and cases for assigned products..
-        Learns assigned tasks and minimizes the level of oversight and assistance needed to complete those tasks.
-        Works and manages time in accordance with team goals and priorities.
-        Communicates effectively in writing and in speech with QA lead.
-        If required, cooperate with QA Lead to create test plan, test matrix, test scripts, test data , bug database all adhering to the QA process.
Requirements :
-               Native Korean speaker or good Japanese skill;
-        0-2+ years experience in SQA, development, IT applications support, or customer support capacity plus the following:
-        Basic understanding of networking concepts, implementation  and technologies; Computer Security knowledge preferred;
-        Able to communicate both in written and spoken English;
