QA Engineer / Senior QA Engineer  

Job Responsibilities:
1、Design, develop, maintain, and implement test plans, scenarios and scripts for enterprise process manufacturing
software.
2、Work with development team to clarify any issues raised during the test.
3、Certify products for customer use.
4、 Leading a team to construct a testing suite is required for senior QA position.

Qualifications:
1、Minimum of 2 years experience in a development/QA role; At least 4 years experience for senior QA position.
2、Experience in creating comprehensive test plans, scripts or technical documents.
3、Demonstrated experience in developing a test strategy and achieving robust test designs.
4、Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle and structured software development practices.  
5、Knowledge of ERP, Supply Chain or Business intelligence software or testing methodologies is a plus.
6、Good written and spoken English skills.  CET6 or above is required for senior QA position.
7、Strong communications skills, detail oriented and able to work in fast-paced environment.
8、Experience of Test automation considered a plus.

SQA Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
1、Be responsible for process improvement implementation and training.
2、Design SQA plan.
3、Implement SQA review and audit according to plan.
4、Report and Track failed items during overall development lifecycle.
5、Communicate with Project manager and team member on SQA status.
6、Report to senior management on delayed schedule, quality status and failed items.
7、Collect and analyze measure data in order to improve development process continuously.

Qualifications:
1、Over 2 years experience in SQA. Prior experience setting or revising Policy and Procedures.
2、Bachelor's degree or above.
3、Be familiar with software engineer and strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle.
4、Clear understanding of overall development methodology and configuration management.
5、Development management and CMMI experience are preferred.
6、Excellent written and spoken English, with CET-6 or above, is required.  
7、Strong communications skills and able to work in fast-paced environment
