Experienced software professional with 1+ years of technical experience in software testing  
Good experience and knowledge of software testing processes and methodology
Thorough technical experiences in Windows/Linux/UNIX/Solaris
Deep technical understanding of Relational Database (DB2, Oracle or SQL Server), Application Server and Java/J2EE technology
Quick learning of new technology
Good teamwork, communication and interpersonal skill
Fluent English (Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing)
Good team player
Experience in automation tools is a good plus, e.g. Rational Functional Tester, LoadRunner, or SilkTest
ECM Filnet products experience is good plus

简单来讲IBM喜欢找沟通能力强，对技术有钻研精神的工程师，这个测试职位其实比较简单，但是最好的开发转做测试的那种，有一定的编程经验。工作地点在上地软件园
