1. More than five years software testing experience.
2. Has IT background, here IT means managing Windows and Unix servers, PC etc.
3. has  experience on  large-scale financial software testing.
4. Good understanding to testing procedures
5. Good at test case development and execution
6. Good english speadking and writing.
7. Excellent communication skill.
