Job Description:
General Purpose
Works as a Mobile Phone Test orientated engineer in both testing activities. Supports to Test Technicians and Test Engineers from own competence area.
Main Responsibility:
1、Test Case Execution：Execute the test cases base on test design and test plan, and report and rank the defects in DMS, Make sure right defects have been fully identified, and write clear report with proper rank.
2、Track and Support Bug Shooting：Track the status of defects, provide further analysis if necessary. Support bug shooting and close as much as possible.
3、Test Case Develop and Expend: Expend test cases when needed, and develop new test cases if needs identified. Have flexibility to extend test cases.
4、Identifies unusual technical problems, handle unexpected testing related problems.
5、Analyze testing data and implement solution to improve the testers performance.
Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above in telecommunication engineering or related.
2、Well understanding of mobile phones ( BB,RF, Features, Mechanic, SW).Understand file structure and requirements by protocol. good knowledge of OS,C,C++.
3、Analytical and conceptual thinking;
4、English skill both in oral and written.
5、Strong ability in analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving
6、Good communication skill and excellent teamwork spirit
7、Creative, responsible, technically excellent, and mentally mature
