Skills:
•        Practical knowledge and use of:
•        Java/JSP , C/C++/C#, Visual Basic, OOA/OOD
•        Scripting: C#, JavaScript or, VB Script
•        Development languages, C#, VB, or C++
•        Windows batch file
•        PERL
•        TCL
•        Bash
•        Unix
•        [PL/]SQL
•        SQL and Oracle databases
•        Unit testing frameworks including Junit and NUnit
•        Web based technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, HTTP, XML
•        Ability to create automated build and/or deployment scripts
•        Database
o        SQL server
o        Oracle
•        Operating System (this is from the standpoint of the ability to write scripts against these operating systems)
o        Unix
o        Windows
•        Knowledge of source control tools. E.g Subversion
•        Strong understanding of the automation process
•        Maintenance, design and development of automation frameworks
•        A solid commitment to quality software development
•        Solid analytical skills
•        Excellent verbal and written communication and knowledge transfer skills
•        Attention to detail and ability to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies
•        Ability to learn new software applications quickly
