QA Manager – Quality Assurance (Zhuhai) (Ref: QAM/QA)

You will be responsible for managing a high-performance team of QA associates in PRC; coordinating with overseas QA teams on testing requirements; monitoring progress of testing; producing testing reports and report status to management; researching and implementing new or improved testing methods, process, methodologies, tools and systems to meet project testing requirements and take into account other quality assurance considerations; supporting the infrastructure of our QA environment; liaising with overseas teams; playing a major role in providing technical support and consultant service on system implementation; performing problem diagnosis; identifying causes of technical problem, and providing resolution.

Requirements:

•        University graduate with good honour degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
•        At least 8 years’ working experience in enterprise software development and implementation, preferably with QA experience
•        At least 3 years’ experience in managerial position
•        Good knowledge of web technologies, enterprise application integration and software architecture adopting OO analysis, design and modeling
•        Technical skills in Servlet-Jsp, Java, C#.NET, OracleDB, EJB and Unix server with exposure to different browsers under MS desktop environment
•        Good knowledge of product development lifecycle and methodologies
•        Experience in shipping and/or logistics applications will be an advantage
•        Good in communication, leadership, motivation, management, planning and organizing skills
•        Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (in Putonghua)



Technical Engineer – Quality Assurance (Zhuhai) (Ref: TE/QA/JB)

You will be responsible for supporting the infrastructure of our QA environment which is a replica of the global production platform; liaising with overseas teams to understand the latest system requirements, playing a major role in providing technical support and consultant service on system implementation so as to support quality assurance of applications; performing problem diagnosis; identifying causes of technical problem, and providing resolution.

Requirements:

•        Good education background, preferably with good honors degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
•        At least 3 years’ working experience in Enterprise software implementation and/or system support
•        In-depth knowledge in web technologies, enterprise application integration and network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and load balancer
•        Significant Servlet-Jsp, Java, C#.NET, OracleDB and EJB server experience with exposure to different browsers under Microsoft desktop environments and good knowledge of UNIX
•        Strong diagnostic, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills
•        Good communication skills
•        Flexible, independent and result-oriented
•        Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese a must
•        A fresh graduate with excellent academic results and/or a promising candidate with less work experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Engineer.
