工作要求1：根据本公司软件产品的测试流程进行软件功能和性能测试；2：进行错误跟踪，承担质量保证3：撰写相关技术文档（如测试大纲、测试用例、测试报告、用户手册等）。职位要求1：良好的英语读写能力，能够阅读和交流日语；2：熟练掌握掌握PHP/C/C++/JAVA（其中任意一种）3：具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力4：熟练使用软件缺陷跟踪工具、自动测试工具、软件配置管理工具，有自动测试、负载测试及性能测试经验者最佳。5：熟悉错误跟踪软件，并能建立及维护错误跟踪系统。 6：理解QA的方法及其过程，并知晓软件的开发过程

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Develop test plans, plan test cases, develop test case scripts, automate and execute test scripts.
-Create and maintain appropriate test environment/test bed and data set.
-Refine software QA processes and practices, work with development and other staff to increase their knowledge and appreciation of required quality processes.
-Monitor issue tracking status for their readiness for testing and inclusion in the release process. Report and interpret appropriate quality metrics.
-Solid written, verbal skills and be able to work in a team environment.
-Work effectively as part of a team and possess the self-motivation and discipline.

QUALIFICATIONS
-Understanding and working knowledge in eCommerce business environment
-2+ years working knowledge in Quality Assurance/testing of large scale database driven/dynamic web-based applications.
-Experience with functional, regression and volume testing approach
-Experience with problem logging and problem management
-Familiar with stress and reliability test techniques. Working knowledge of utilizing automated testing tools.
-Proficiency with team oriented software development process and tools, such as source code control, issue tracking and QA processes
-Working knowledge of scripting HTML, CSS, DHTML coding is a plus
-Formal education in Computing Sciences/Computing Technologies or related experience/education
- Prefer to the candidate with software project experience of supporting Japanese language environment

Software Development Manager(Web Application)

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Personnel management of the development team including recruiting, training and performance management, resource management across multiple projects
-Management of development, release and ongoing operations and support of the product, including the proper application of methodologies and best practices
-Involves direct hands-on management of junior to senior technical team members.
-Manage daily development tasks, mitigate project risks through timely reporting and escalation
-Work with product manager to deliver solutions, both product based and customer specific, to market
-Evaluate/estimate the required time for developing an application;
-Quality driven attitude, detail-oriented and excellent follow-through.
-Anticipate and solve problems quickly with solid problem solving and communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
-3+ years of Software Development Management experience with track record of delivering application solutions to customers, strong leadership and team development, able to foster a strong team environment
-Demonstrated experience with configuration and release management concepts and tools.
-Thorough knowledge of and experience with modern enterprise-class web development. Specific knowledge and hands-on experience of LAMP (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP) technology set. Solid knowledge of object-oriented design methodologies and relational databases.
-Strong background in overall development lifecycle: Requirements, Architecture, Development, QA, Deployment. Knowledge and experience with methodologies: RUP, MSF and etc.
-Demonstrated ability in effectively managing multiple projects and activities through professional staff.
-Formal education in Computing Sciences/Computing Technologies or related experience/education.
