请教 was测试结果中的参数，和 tps的疑问。

小弟乃测试新手，方案中有这么一部分。搞不太明白。请各位指导：

并发数测试：
　　a)当并发数为10时，系统应能在20ms内响应完毕(这个时候的TPS为500)，系统的load需在2以下;
　　b)当并发数为100时，系统应能在 50ms内响应完毕(这个时候的TPS为2000)，系统的load需在4以下;
　　c)当并发数为200时，系统应能在80ms内响应完毕(这个时候的 TPS为2500)，允许其中有千分之一的出错率，系统的load需在6以下，

兄弟的疑问在是：
    1、这个20ms、tps为 500， 系统的load需在2以下，这几个参数通过什么来获取？ 比如是从 was的测试报告中来看，还是通过服务器来看
    2、在上面一条中说到的这几个参数，与was测试出来的结果有什么关系？？
